Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen dan Pendidikan publishes scientific works by national and international lecturers, researchers, students, and practitioners that present original ideas, concepts, findings, and theoretical perspectives in the fields of educational management and education science.

Focus

The journal focuses on research and scholarly discussions concerning the management, administration, policy, leadership, governance, systems, and development of education. The journal welcomes empirical, theoretical, conceptual, and policy-oriented studies that contribute to the advancement of educational management and education science at school, higher education, and other educational institution levels.

Studies addressing the formulation, implementation, evaluation, and impact of policies that shape educational systems, institutions, access, quality, equity, and educational development.
02. Management of Educational Resources
Research on the planning, utilization, development, and evaluation of educational resources, including human resources, financial resources, facilities, infrastructure, and other institutional resources.
03. Educational Leadership
Studies of leadership practices, leadership models, decision-making, organizational development, and leadership capacity in schools, higher education institutions, and other educational organizations.
04. Regulation and Supervision in Education
Research examining educational regulations, institutional governance, monitoring, supervision, quality assurance, accountability, compliance, and mechanisms for improving educational standards.
05. Curriculum and Educational Program Management
Studies concerning curriculum planning, implementation, evaluation, innovation, and the management of educational programs at various levels and types of educational institutions.
06. Educational Management Information Systems
Research on the development, implementation, utilization, and evaluation of information systems and digital technologies that support educational planning, administration, decision-making, monitoring, and institutional management.

Submission Note: Manuscripts should demonstrate a clear and substantial connection with the journal's focus and scope. Articles that fall outside these areas may be considered unsuitable for further editorial processing.
