Article Publication Charge (APC)

Effective Date: The Article Publication Charge is effective for manuscripts submitted from August 1, 2026.

IDR 0.00 (FREE)

Available to manuscripts that meet the journal's waiver requirements.

APC Policy

Authors whose manuscripts do not qualify for the publication fee waiver are required to pay an Article Publication Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000.

The APC must be paid after the manuscript has passed the desk evaluation and before it enters the peer-review stage. Authors are not required to pay the APC again after the manuscript has been accepted.

Important Notice: Payment of the APC does not guarantee that the article will be published immediately. The article will still undergo the peer-review process to ensure the quality and academic rigor of its content. Editorial and peer-review decisions are made independently based on the journal’s editorial policies, academic standards, and publication ethics. Authors are expected to revise their manuscripts in accordance with the comments and recommendations provided by the peer reviewers and editors.

All APC payments made to Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen dan Pendidikan are final and non-refundable for any reason.

Payment Procedure

Authors who are required to pay the APC will receive payment information and instructions through the journal’s official email (jimpianunmul@gmail.com). After completing the payment, authors are required to retain the payment receipt for administrative verification and the issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

Publication Fee Waiver Policy

As part of its commitment to promoting global academic exchange and international academic collaboration, Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen dan Pendidikan provides a full waiver of the Article Publication Charge (APC) for manuscripts that meet the requirements of this policy.

Core Eligibility Requirement

A manuscript is eligible for the full APC waiver when at least two authors are affiliated with institutions located outside Indonesia, regardless of whether those authors serve as first authors, corresponding authors, or co-authors.

Eligible Author Categories

  1. Non-Indonesian Citizens
    Non-Indonesian citizens who are affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia may qualify for the waiver, whether serving as first authors, corresponding authors, or co-authors.
  2. Indonesian Citizens Affiliated Abroad
    Indonesian citizens who are affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia may also qualify for the waiver, provided that the manuscript satisfies the requirement of having at least two authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia.
  3. Manuscripts with All Authors Abroad
    Manuscripts in which all listed authors are affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia are eligible for the full APC waiver.
